The pasillo as a link to Ecuadorian identity: a study with adolescents in Quito (2018)

Social psychology study with 20 adolescents aged 16 and 17 in Quito's Metropolitan District on the pasillo as a cultural object that supports national identity. It argues for rootedness in one's own culture against a globalization that treats the popular as inferior.
